Một tòa nhà chính phủ TC ở Tây Tạng bị đánh bom

Hãng tin Pháp AFP hôm nay (27/10) trích thông tin từ tổ chức International Campaign for Tibet cho biết, một quả bom đã phát nổ tại một tòa nhà chính phủ Trung Quốc ở Tây Tạng hôm qua. Vụ nổ bom này gây ra nhiều thiệt hại vật chất, nhưng dường như không có ai bị thương hay bị chết.

Bà Kate Sounders, phát ngôn viên của tổ chức đấu tranh trên đây có trụ sở tại Luân Đôn loan báo, nhiều nguồn tin đã khẳng định là một quả bom đã phát nổ vào lúc 4 giờ sáng thứ Tư tại Karma, Xương Đô, thuộc khu tự trị Tây Tạng.

International Campaign for Tibet vẫn chưa biết được các chi tiết về các tác giả của vụ đặt bom cũng như động cơ của họ, tuy nhiên dường như không có ai bị thương.

Trang web thông tin về Tây Tạng www.TibetExpress.net  cũng đưa tin này, và cho biết trên các bức tường đã bị hư hại của tòa nhà, người ta trông thấy dòng chữ sơn đỏ « Độc lập cho Tây Tạng ». Nhiều truyền đơn kêu gọi « Tây Tạng tự do » cũng được tìm thấy tại hiện trường.

Theo một nguồn tin được trang web trên đây trích dẫn, thì cho đến nay chưa có ai bị kết tội hoặc bị bắt. Tuy nhiên con đường dẫn đến Xương Đô đã hoàn toàn bị cắt đứt, kể cả đường đến tu viện Karma. Còn bà Kate Sounders cho rằng công an sẽ trả đũa hết sức nghiêm khắc, đặc biệt là trong tình hình căng thẳng hiện nay ở Tây Tạng.

Xin nhắc lại, trong tuần này đã có thêm nhà sư thứ mười tự thiêu tại vùng tây nam Trung cộng, nơi mà trong những tháng gần đây đã có đến chín vụ tự thiêu của các nhà sư.

A municipal office building bombed in Tibet, Tibetans’ hand suspected

Dharamshala, October 27: A municipal office in Karma Township (Chinese; Gama) in Chamdo County in Chamdo Prefecture (Tibet Autonomous Region) was destroyed following a bomb explosion in the wee hours on Wednesday, according to a trusted source from the region.

Authorities are suspecting hands of monks of nearby karma Monastery which has been cordoned off by police following the explosion that reportedly destroyed the entire office building though without any damage to human life.

“A bomb exploded in the building of Karma Town’s main office around 4 in the morning on October 26,” the source, whose name cannot be revealed out of security reasons, told Tibet Express.

“The building had been damaged but no one was killed or injured as the explosion occurred at the dawn yesterday when no one was present at the site,” he added.

The source said words reading “Tibet’s independence” are written in red colour on the destroyed walls of the office building and ‘Free Tibet’ fliers were strewn within the compound leading to authority’s suspicion that Tibetans could be behind this explosion.

“No one is accused or arrested in this connection so far but the entire road access leading to and from Chamdo had been completely cut off including closure of Karma monastery,” the source said.

The source also said all the monks in Karma monastery had been confined inside the monastic compound putting a strict control on their movement since the explosion yesterday.

According to the source, authorities had also allegedly halted activities of many Tibetans engaged in the production of Buddhist religious objects and artifacts in the area known for such profession.
